Ingredients

  • 2 (4-5 oz each) cans albacore tuna
  • 20 green or black olives, chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 Tbs capers, rinsed
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • ¼ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 head butter lettuce, chopped
  • 1 avocado, sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, olives, green onions, capers, dill, granulated garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  2. Divide butter lettuce onto two plates. Top with tuna mixture and avocado.
