Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbs chili powder
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ yellow onion, diced
  • 1 large head of Romaine lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1 (2 oz) can sliced black olives
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/2 cup salsa (watch out for added sugar in ingredients)
  • 2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded (about ½ cup)
  • 2 Tbs fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, spices, and onion. Stir occasionally until meat is fully cooked.
  2. Divide Romaine onto two plates. Top with ground beef and remaining ingredients
