Roasted Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • juice of 1 lemon


  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together on a rimmed baking sheet. Once coated, spread cauliflower out evenly on the pan.
  3. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked as desired.
  4. Sprinkle with lemon juice to serve.
