Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, quartered with ends trimmed
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • ½ tsp granulated garlic
  • ½ tsp thyme
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Toss all ingredients together on a rimmed baking sheet. Once coated, spread Brussels sprouts out evenly on the pan.
  3. Roast for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked as desired.
