  • 1-1/2 cups frozen mangos
  • 1 large orange, juiced
  • 1 cup plain whole fat yogurt (Greek yogurt recommended)
  • 1 cup fresh berries
  • 1 Tbs flax seed (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Divide into two glasses to serve.
