  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs apple cider vinegar
  • ¼ tsp ground mustard seed
  • ¼ tsp celery seed
  • ¼ tsp freshly ground black peppers
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ½ small red or green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 carrots, grated
  • 1 apple, grated


  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Place cabbage, carrots, and apple in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  3. Serve immediately, or store in the refrigerator overnight for more flavor.
