  • 4 (4-6 oz each) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbs Dijon mustard
  • 4 thin deli ham slices
  • 4 oz Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbs butter, melted


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place chicken in an ovenproof baking dish.
  3. Spread mustard evenly over chicken breasts. Cover with ham, then Swiss cheese. Pour butter over top.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.

    We tried this with boneless chicken thighs and it was excellent! Great low carb high fat recipe!
