  • 1 dry pint (about 2 cups) cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 oz fresh mozzarella, cut into ½” cubes
  • 6-8 large basil leaves
  • 3 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
