1 cup of whole yogurt is 12 carbs… I don’t get this…can you help m understand why all these carbs is ok? and then added to that is the blueberries that I haven’t calculated… thank you

I am not understanding this either. Especially when the carbs from the yogurt come from sugar, and sugar is a no-no on a keto diet, I would like an explanation as well. On top of that, the book Keto Clarity explicitly says do not use Net Carbs, this has a net carbs thing listed at the bottom of the nutrition info list. There should be no net carbs even on the list, period.

The 1 cup of yogurt makes 2 servings. The recipes are designed for 2 people.
