    Hi Jimmy, I’m hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction for some assistance…I’m following a ketogenic dietary approach to specifically change the metabolism of my body. The
    difficulty I’m having is that I need to consume no more than 1200 calories per day/ 48g of protein & 12g of carbs (net)…I find that to maintain eating just 12g of net carbs I’m only consuming around 700-800 calories per day & then find, because I’m pretty active that I get very tired…which is a state I’m not used to experiencing! The restriction I have is that I need to avoid dairy products such as cheeses & milk because of the glutamine content…so this hinders my fat intake a bit! Do you have any suggestions for further reading or any advice you can offer through your own experience? …any would be appreciated…
